Turn aspirations into practical action.
Learn to identify obstacles, explore alternatives, establish priorities and help people develop an achievable route forward while retaining ownership of their decisions.
🔵 MEANS — WHAT IS AVAILABLE?
Explore the whole of a person’s wealth—not merely income, assets and retail investments.
Means may include human capital, future earnings, health, occupational pensions, property, businesses, trusts, overseas interests, relationships, financial resources, time and future possibilities.
Learn to bring these resources into one coherent plan supporting the life the person wants to live.

The GAME Plan™
Part 1: Goals and Values
Learn to align life goals with personal values through the GAME Plan framework, which integrates spiritual and philosophical wisdom. You’ll explore tools like the Significant STORIES System and the Schwartz values model to uncover your core values, aligned with the whole-person paradigm (mind, body, heart, and spirit). This module helps you craft a personal character statement that reflects your authentic self.
Outcome:
A personal character statement to guide your clients toward living an authentic life.
Part 2: Goals and Talents
In this module, you’ll explore talents as intangible assets, essential for building human capital. By combining these talents, you help clients discover their unique value contribution. Tools like a SWOT analysis and the Joseph Campbell Hero’s Journey framework will be used to map personal stories to entrepreneurial opportunities.
Outcome:
A personal SWOT analysis that identifies and leverages individual talents for a sustainable livelihood.
Part 3: Goals and Passions
This module dives into uncovering passions and favourite futures through questioning techniques that reach the heart’s core. You’ll learn how to guide clients in visualising their ideal next chapter and shaping their financial goals around what truly inspires them.
Outcome:
Mastery of sensitive and empathetic questioning to help clients connect deeply with their life passions.
Part 4: Goals and Purpose Statement
Crafting a purpose statement is the heart of this module. You will help clients consolidate their life goals into a powerful narrative that inspires action and sustains motivation. You’ll also test its effectiveness by ensuring it resonates deeply with their aspirations.
Outcome:
A compelling Purpose Statement with affirmations and a life script that serves as a guide for future actions.
Part 5: Actions and Obstacles
Here, we introduce the Blockbuster ROADMAP framework to identify and overcome obstacles. Using questioning and listening techniques, you’ll help clients define and tackle barriers that may be standing in their way, keeping their vision alive and focused.
Outcome:
A comprehensive list of obstacles that stand in your client's path to freedom.
Part 6: Actions and the Project Plan
In this module, you’ll assist clients in transforming their obstacles into achievable steps through action plans. Your role is to facilitate thinking and help the client retain ownership of the plan, ensuring they feel confident about overcoming challenges and staying on course.
Outcome:
A detailed project plan outlining actions needed to overcome obstacles.
Parts 7 & 8: Means and Cash Flow
You will learn to integrate Navigator™ and Academy OS cash-flow tools into your practice, helping clients project income, expenses, and financial capital over their lifetime. This module focuses on creating robust financial strategies, including contingency planning and ensuring that their financial goals align with their life aspirations.
Outcome:
A cashflow forecast with actionable strategies to repair financial shortfalls.
Parts 9 & 10: Means and Human Capital Development
Explore the Human Capital Development Framework, designed to help clients develop entrepreneurial opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods. This module covers strategies such as SWOT analysis, Mission Statement, PESTLE analysis, and Go-to-Market strategies to enhance both financial and human capital.
Outcome:
A fully developed human capital beyond entrepreneurship and wealth generation to capability, adaptability, wellbeing, purpose and contribution.
Parts 11 & 12: Execution and GAME Plan Report
Pull all the elements together into a comprehensive GAME Plan report. You will coach clients on ongoing action, ensuring their financial and human capital strategies work together to bring their ideal future into reality.
Outcome:
A client-owned GAME Plan maintained through Academy OS, integrating life goals, action steps, financial, and human capital plans for ongoing success.
