We do not conduct litigation, manage complaints, negotiate settlements, hold client money or take responsibility for your case.
Where regulated, legal, medical or therapeutic assistance is needed, you should seek an appropriately qualified professional.
AI Is a Tool, Not an Authority
Artificial intelligence can help you:

A Note About Privacy
Only share information that is necessary for the task you are completing.
Remove unnecessary names, account numbers, addresses, medical information and other sensitive personal details before entering documents into an AI system.
Material created using Get SAFE tools is not protected by legal professional privilege. It may later become relevant to a complaint, investigation or legal process.

Always review documents carefully before sending them to another person or organisation.
Human Support When Tools Are Not Enough
Most Get SAFE support is delivered through self-directed tools and training.
In limited circumstances, the Academy may provide pro bono human support where:

the person has experienced significant financial or institutional harm;
-
the tools alone are not sufficient;
-
the work is consistent with the Academy’s agency-restoration mission; and
-
suitable capacity is available.
This support is discretionary. It is not an entitlement, case-management service or promise of representation.
The purpose remains the same:
to help you recover enough clarity and capability to take your next step.
