Fast Track Total Wealth Planner Accreditation
Build an Academy OS practice with Steve Conley in 90 days. Then spend nine months embedding and growing it.
Fast Track is the personal accreditation route for professionals ready to help clients build their own capacity to understand, plan and act across the whole of life.

You will learn to use Academy OS as the client’s ongoing system, apply the GAME Plan method, and develop a paid planning service in which the client remains in control. Your expertise comes in where it adds value: to educate, challenge, support decisions and recognise when a specialist is needed.

£3,995 for one year of training, assessment, PMC membership and personal support.
What you will build
Over your first 90 days, six private 90 minute sessions with Steve will help you:

Complete the Academy OS Foundations Programme.

Use Academy OS and the GAME Plan method in a practical client journey.

Define what you offer, who it serves and how you charge for it.

Build a working approach to education, planning, decision support and referral to specialists.

Prepare evidence of your practice for Total Wealth Planner accreditation.

Get your offer live and begin trading.
Accreditation follows successful completion of the assessment. The 90 day pathway gives you the structure and personal support to work towards it; it is not an automatic award or a guarantee of clients or income.
Support for the rest of your first year
A launch is only the beginning. In months 4–12, you will have nine monthly one to one mentorship sessions with Steve to work through real practice questions, refine your offer and develop your business rhythm.

You will also have full Practice Management Circle membership throughout the year, including its live sessions, community, recordings and professional development resources. When you need additional time with Steve, you have priority access at £200 per hour.
The practice you are building
A Total Wealth Planner helps people see more of their lives than a portfolio can show: money, work, relationships, health, purpose and the decisions connecting them.

Academy OS gives clients somewhere to keep their information, explore options and continue planning between conversations. The planner provides human judgment, education and support at the points where those make a difference. Clients can use the system themselves. They do not have to surrender control to use your expertise.

Who Fast Track is for
Fast Track is for financial professionals who hold a QCA Level 4 qualification and want to build and deliver the Academy’s agency-led planning model with close personal support. Experience in coaching, education or other work involving people’s lives and decisions is welcome alongside that financial qualification.

You should be ready to work between sessions, test your client journey in practice and be assessed against the Academy’s standards. You must also be able to recognise when a client needs regulated advice or another specialist service, and respond appropriately.
