Membership Architecture

Tier 1 — Academy Membership (Outer Circle)

What it is: The foundational level of belonging to the AoLP community. Access to movement resources, thought leadership, shared frameworks, and peer community.

What it includes:

  • Access to AoLP articles, guides, and published frameworks

  • Membership of the Academy community (online/forum)

  • Invitations to Outer Circle events and open learning sessions

  • Discounted or priority access to AoLP public events

  • The AoLP member designation

 

What it does not include:

  • Access to Practice Management Circle (PMC) sessions

  • Peer Mentorship or One-to-One Mentorship

  • Inner Circle participation of any kind

 

Who it's for: Planners who want to stay connected to the movement, access quality CPD-adjacent thinking, and participate in a values-aligned professional community — without committing to active practice development support at this stage.

 

Tier 2 — Peer Mentorship (Inner Circle / Practice Management Circle)

 

What it is: A structured peer learning and accountability environment for planners serious about developing their practice in alignment with Total Wealth Planning™ principles.

 

What it includes:

  • Everything in Tier 1

  • Full access to Practice Management Circle (PMC) sessions

  • Structured peer group mentorship with fellow Inner Circle members

  • Shared practice development challenges, case studies, and accountability frameworks

  • The Inner Circle / PMC designation

 

What it does not include:

  • Direct one-to-one access to Steve Conley

 

Who it's for: Planners who are actively building or transitioning their practice and want structured peer support, challenge, and accountability from others on the same path.

 

Tier 3 — One-to-One Mentorship (Inner Circle / Practice Management Circle — Senior)

 

What it is: The highest level of AoLP membership. Direct, personalised mentorship from Steve Conley alongside full Inner Circle participation.

 

What it includes:

  • Everything in Tiers 1 and 2

  • Scheduled one-to-one sessions directly with Steve

  • Personalised practice development support tailored to the individual's specific context

  • Priority access to Steve's thinking, frameworks, and strategic input

  • The Senior Inner Circle designation (or equivalent title you prefer)

 

Who it's for: Planners who want direct access to Steve's expertise and are committed to substantive, supported practice transformation.

Elite Planner Accelerator (optional)

If your aim is to secure your first client within 12 weeks, this programme provides:

  • Accelerated accreditation

  • A personalised tech stack

  • Structured launch support

 

The cost is deliberately set around the fee you would charge your first client couple — making it a commercially sound decision, not a gamble.

A Dedicated Pathway for Advisers in Restricted or Contractual Models

If you are a current or former adviser operating within a large, restricted, or vertically integrated firm — and still carry contractual, financial, or timing obligations — a tailored transition route may be available.
