The Agency Forge™ is an eight-week live online programme for professionals who want to build and launch practical AI-powered apps.
 
Delivered over Zoom, the programme guides you from identifying a real human problem to designing, building, testing and launching a working browser-based tool.
 
You do not need coding experience. You need a recurring problem worth solving, a willingness to experiment and a desire to create tools that leave people more capable.
 
The programme includes live workshops, practical demonstrations, guided build time, workbooks, templates, peer learning and optional Forge Room support.
 
By the end of the programme, you should have:
a clearly defined app concept;
a working prototype;
feedback from real users;
an Agency-by-Design assessment;
a sustainable delivery model;
a practical launch plan.
