Our financial planning process appeals to a broad audience around the world. Our planners help people sort their finances, create wealth, invest sensibly, avoid cons, save money, and achieve their goals.


Life & money planning is brought to you digitally, direct by video conferencing, real-time messaging, and content sharing - you can work with us from your home or workplace. Whatever your age, wealth bracket, lifestyle, values, preferences, or location - we tailor-make a written, detailed, and personal life & money plan that is precisely right for you.


We are non-intermediating financial planners, which means we sell plans, not products. As we do not muddle relationships with commissions, we have no agency agreements with any product providers, making us very independent financial advisers. We will place your best interest first.

The GAME Plan: Fully Planned

We take three months of intensive planning to change your life, taking you from where you are currently to your ideal life. Nine times out of ten, our clients need to create more wealth. We show them how with business coaching. 

How much does it cost?


Unlike most financial advisers, our fee isn't based on the amount of money you invest.


A typical financial intermediary charges asset-based fees, the price tag is normally a 3% initial charge, and 0.5% per annum charge, based on the amount you invest.


On savings of £500,000 that is an initial fee of £15,000 and a fee of £2,500 per annum for ongoing servicing.


This compares to our initial fees of £2,950, and £29.50 per month for optional ongoing servicing.


We believe that it should not cost more to advise you, the more money you invest.


Whether you have £10,000 or £1m, our fees remain the same.


We call this fee-for-service.


We offer clients the option of paying an hourly rate of £99 for additional advice or to pay a set fee for an agreed amount of work (for example, £99 x 10 hours = £990).

We will always tell you exactly how much you will pay before you agree to proceed with our direct services. The agreed fee may be paid in our Shop or by invoice. Your payment options include:


An hourly rate, currently £99 per hour.




A set fee for a piece of work based on our hourly rate and an estimate of the minimum length of time we think the task will take. If we exceed the estimated time taken, we do so at our own expense.


Discounts apply to initial consultations and bulk orders. We will not receive a commission from Investment, Pension, Protection, or General Insurance companies as we will not arrange any products with them. Arranging products is down to you. We simply sell the GAME plans, provide Wealthtech applications and offer personal coaching.

We offer a set fee to analyse all your finances and provide the GAME Plan report.


We will meet you digitally in the safety of your own home, wherever you live globally, and share content by Zoom video telephony systems through these difficult times. We will help you to make informed choices over e-Mail or WhatsApp, adjust your plans, and exchange documents over WeTransfer as your circumstances change and help you to feel more relaxed and secure with life & money planning.


Our clients have the opportunity to track progress 24/7 with our personal wealth app from Envizage, a WEALTHTECH 100 company in 2020. We bring greater peace of mind just where and when you need it most.


The fee includes:

  • Discuss what your aims and plans are for the future.
  • Set your own personal goals for wealth in every area of your life, not just your bank account.
  • Identify your life purpose and align your plan to that path.
  • Create a project plan to achieve your goals.
  • Completion of a full fact find, looking at current assets and liabilities, and incomes and expenditures, as well as expected changes in the future.
  • Provide education about Investments, Investment Risk, Capacity for Loss, Pensions, Protection, General Insurance, and self-implemented product solutions.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of your existing finances.
  • Create a cash flow scenario report of your current situation – this will determine whether you have enough money to achieve your objectives.
  • Create a second cashflow scenario report - which involves putting in place various options to determine whether you have enough money to achieve new objectives.
  • Where appropriate, create a three-year profit and loss account for a side-hustle and a detailed business plan to add to your cash flow scenario report.
  • Applying a Stress Test. This will look at investment volatility and determine whether you’d have a problem in the event of a market downturn.
  • We will write you a GAME Plan and assist with its execution through personal coaching.
  • Six 90-minute video telephony sessions (120-minute sessions for couples), real-time messaging, and content sharing are typically held over three months.

Monthly Membership: Ongoing Service Plan


Once you have completed The GAME Plan you may wish to repeat the cycle.


You may choose to have review meetings, require an ongoing support service, or perhaps you need to add new scenarios to your GAME Plan or update your Financial Freedom Forecast as time goes by.


Our Ongoing Service Plan includes:

  • Quarterly one-to-one one-hour meetings via video call.
  • Unlimited availability to get in touch with us if problems arise.
  • Access 24/7 to our Envizage personal wealth app for tracking progress.
  • Monthly one-hour group video conference calls.


You may have an ad hoc query. All correspondence and emails replied to or, when more involved, acknowledged within 48 hours. As a valued client, you have unrestricted telephone access with a financial planner, all telephone calls will be returned within four hours during our working week (9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday).


Any additional future work carried out will be charged to you as and when the work is requested, in line with our applicable charges at that time. We will always tell you exactly how much you will pay before you agree to proceed with our services.


Under current legislation, our services are not subject to VAT, but should this change in the future, and where VAT becomes due, we will notify you before conducting any further work.


Digital Delivery of Financial Planning

In a post covid-19 economy, people expect wealth relationships to be digital with the comfort of personal interaction. 


The services on offer from the Academy of Life Planning Limited are classed as generic advice and financial education. No financial products are sold. No personalised advice or recommendations are ever given in relation to the buying or selling of specific investments. Without exception, we do not arrange or bring about deals, make arrangements with a view to transactions, or cause dematerialised instructions relating to any investment business. We do not advise borrowers about the liquidation of debt. We simply offer personal financial plans. Since the Academy of Life Planning Limited is NOT a financial intermediary firm or a provider of financial products, it is NOT regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
